About the Role
This is a truly generalist opportunity where you'll partner with key stakeholders to deliver a people plan aligned to a wider organisational strategy. From performance management and reward to talent development, employee relations, wellbeing and engagement—you'll be at the heart of creating a positive colleague experience.
You'll report to the Head of People and work collaboratively to implement people solutions with a consultative and strategic approach. The role spans a dedicated business area, with flexibility on base location and regular travel required across sites in our West region covering from Dorset to Devon.

* Partnering with leaders to deliver people initiatives that enhance engagement and inclusivity
* Driving change and supporting transformation in a rapidly evolving industry
* Leading on performance, reward, talent, and employee relations
* Using data to inform decisions and present insights to varied audiences
* Coaching managers and building strong relationships across the business
About You
* Proven experience in a generalist HR role within a matrix or multi-site organisation
* Strong understanding of employment legislation and its practical application
* Skilled in change management, reward strategy, and resource planning
* Confident using Excel to analyse and interpret data
* Resilient, agile, and calm under pressure
* Passionate about learning and continuous improvement
Experience in the automotive sector isn't essential—we welcome candidates from other service-led industries who bring fresh perspectives and energy.
