Your Role:
As a Support Practitioner, you will:
Provide both practical and emotional support to individuals with complex needs.
Assist with personal care plans, medication management, and health monitoring.
Promote independence by encouraging clients to engage with their communities.
Uphold our commitment to safeguarding and promoting welfare.#
Who We’re Looking For:
Compassionate, empathetic, and driven to make a difference.
Experience in challenging behaviours or trauma-informed care is advantageous.
NVQ Level 3 or higher in Health and Social Care (or willingness to attain it with our support).
A positive attitude and a genuine passion for empowering others.
