TauroPace Sales Specialist- London & the South
As part of our Sales team expansion, we are looking for a specialist in Cardiac devices and the Cardiac Catheter lab. This role will work within our sales team in growing a product which is in its initial stages of adoption within the UK in preventing CIED infections.
In this field-based position, you will be responsible for introducing and generating demand for this innovative new to market device with all relevant stakeholders, with a focus on, Cardiologists, physiologists, and Nurse Clinical Specialists in your target hospitals accounts.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Achieve agreed objectives and annual sales budget for Tauropace.
* In collaboration with the UK NSM TauroPace, establish key opinion leaders (KOL) network within their identified territory.
* Develop strategic business relationships with key stakeholders both in the public and private sector.
* Provide detailed knowledge and understanding of the Cardiology CIED marketplace.
* Develop an in depth understanding of the needs and objectives of customers on all levels - both non-clinical and clinical partners, to develop tailored solutions, which improve sales and sales potential for Kimal PLC.
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:
* Educated to bachelor’s degree level or a professional clinical qualification of either Nurse or Cardiac Physiologist (essential)
* A full UK driving licence, without endorsements.
* Eligible to live and work in the United Kingdom
* Local industry accreditation – Medical Industry Accreditation (“MIA”), or a willingness to take and pass.
* Exceptional knowledge of Cardiology CIED theatre environment.
* Experience of selling into the Cardiac CIED theatre environment (desirable)
* Proven record of sales within the Cardiac CIED segment (desirable)
* Experience of launching new products (desirable)
* Key Opinion Leader (“KOL”) development and management (desirable)
* A good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
