The company manufactures over two million procedure packs and vascular access devices every year for a range of specialties including Cardiology, Radiology, Pacing, Laparoscopy, and Cardiac Surgery; and its unique, ground-breaking central venous catheter technology is helping to reduce patient risk in hospitals across the world.

Location: Field-based (Central UK Region)

What You’ll Do

* Grow demand for Verdye ICG within your designated territory by engaging with key stakeholders across public and private healthcare sectors.
* Develop strategic relationships with clinicians, procurement teams, and hospital management.
* Work closely with marketing to build a network of Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs).
* Spend time in theatre and clinical environments to support and promote product usage.
* Attend national and local conferences and events as an exhibitor or delegate.
* Deliver clinical and commercial training sessions for healthcare professionals.
* Collaborate with the Business Unit Manager to understand market trends and identify growth opportunities.
* Contribute to Kimal’s post-market surveillance and continuous product improvement efforts.


What You’ll Bring

* A degree (or equivalent) in Life Sciences or a Healthcare-related discipline.
* Proven experience in sales within a clinical or surgical environment.
* Knowledge of one or more relevant areas: Ophthalmology, Minimally Invasive Surgery, Breast, Plastic, or Reconstruction Surgery.
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills across all levels.
* A proactive, analytical, and creative approach to identifying business opportunities.
* Confidence in presenting to both clinical and commercial audiences.
* Full UK driving licence and eligibility to work in the UK.
* MIA or ABPI accreditation, or willingness to undertake certification.
* Experience developing and managing Key Opinion Leaders.
