YMCA Lincolnshire is seeking a dedicated Bank Case Worker to join our team at the Nomad Centre, our 22-bedroom emergency accommodation for those experiencing or at risk of homelessness. Alongside providing a safe place to stay and three meals a day, the Nomad Centre brings together vital services including mental and physical health support. As a Case Worker, you’ll play a key role in helping individuals take positive steps forward, offering guidance, encouragement, and practical support tailored to each person’s journey.
