Our client is looking to appoint an experienced Administrator to join their team based in Dingwall.
The purpose of the role is to ensure the smooth running of day-to-day administrative operations duties include:
1. Covering Reception, greeting and assisting visitors.
2. Answering incoming calls, and managing general inquiries professionally and efficiently.
3. Maintain organised and up-to-date paper and electronic filing systems for all site-related documentation.
4. Collation of Key KPI Data.
5. Collect, compile, and report on key performance indicator (KPI) data to assist with operational and quality performance monitoring.
6. Handle sales made directly at the site, including payment processing and documentation.
