The Role – Graduate Behaviour Mentor:
As a Graduate Behaviour Mentor, you will work with pupils aged 11–16, helping them to manage behaviour, improve engagement, and develop self-confidence. You'll provide 1:1 support and run small group interventions, using positive reinforcement and behaviour management strategies to keep students on track both academically and socially.
