Working on a varied portfolio of residential and bespoke projects across the South East, this is a genuine opportunity to take ownership of projects from day one. Role And Responsibilities
* Client:facing role with project delivery responsibility
* Coordination with consultants and contractors
* Producing technical drawings and information
* Delivering projects across all RIBA work stages
* Ensuring compliance with UK Planning and Building Regulations
The Ideal Architect Will Have
* RIBA Part III qualification gained in the UK
* Minimum 3 years UK experience in a design:led practice
* Strong technical and design ability
* Experience working on UK residential projects
* Excellent AutoCAD and SketchUp skills
* Proficiency in Adobe Suite
* Good communication and organisational skills
* Ability to manage multiple projects
