Organise and allocate workshop jobs to maximise efficiency, matching work to technician skill levels. Oversee daily workshop operations, ensuring a safe, clean, and organised working environment. Check completed work for accuracy in parts and labour, ensuring correct and timely invoicing. Supervise and support technicians, assisting with training and development in coordination with management. Maintain professional relationships with John Deere and other manufacturers, ensuring procedures and standards are followed.
