Job Title: Service Manager
Salary: £40,000 - £50,000
Hours: 40 per week plus additional hours during busy periods
Role Overview
My Client is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Service Manager with strong experience in the Agricultural Industry.
Responsibilities:
* Liaise with customers to understand service requirements and ensure high levels of customer service.
* Organise and allocate workshop jobs to maximise efficiency, matching work to technician skill levels.
* Oversee daily workshop operations, ensuring a safe, clean, and organised working environment.
* Check completed work for accuracy in parts and labour, ensuring correct and timely invoicing.
* Supervise and support technicians, assisting with training and development in coordination with management.
* Maintain professional relationships with John Deere and other manufacturers, ensuring procedures and standards are followed.
* Assist with hiring, training, and retaining skilled workshop staff.
