About the Role
The role will play a pivotal part in driving the innovation pipeline, supporting brand growth, and contributing to expansion across multiple categories. You will be responsible for leading NPD and EPD projects from concept through to launch, working cross-functionally with teams across brand, category, R&D, purchasing, commercial, and operations.
Responsibilities
* Development and delivery of innovation workstreams for your assigned brands or categories.
* Working closely with the wider marketing team to support successful product launches.
* Managing NPD projects end-to-end, including critical path planning and stage-gate processes.
* Strong collaboration skills and confidence to manage supplier relationships.
* Presenting to retail partners.

* A strong background in brand development and consumer insight is essential.

Location: This is a hybrid role, with three days per week based at a head office in Bristol.
