Quantity Surveyor Belfast Full-Time/Permanent Up to £60k package A well-established and growing civil engineering and infrastructure contractor is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join their team. With a strong track record of delivering projects across utilities, infrastructure, and energy sectors, the business continues to expand due to a healthy pipeline of secured work. This is an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic organisation working on a diverse range of projects, offering long-term career progression and exposure to high-value contracts Key Responsibilities Manage CVRs, cost reporting and project performance Prepare and agree interim valuations and final accounts Identify, price and manage variations Procure and manage subcontractors and supplier accounts Ensure contractual compliance, including notices and payments Support project delivery alongside site and project teams Contribute to client meetings, reporting, and commercial submissions (EOT/L&E) Requirements Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline Minimum 5 years experience within civil engineering or infrastructure projects Strong working knowledge of NEC contracts Commercially aware with strong negotiation and communication skills Self-motivated, organised and able to work effectively within a team Package Competitive salary Private medical care Death in service benefit Company pension Discretionary bi-annual bonus Additional company benefits Interested?
