The Role
We seek an experienced Car Sales Manager to lead our sales team at our Honda store in Clitheroe. You will use your sales management experience to lead the team in delivering excellent outcomes for customers.
Reporting to the Head of Business, this role involves overseeing a team of Sales Executives selling New and Used Vehicles. The ideal candidate will have experience in budgeting and forecasting, and a drive to advance the business.

Responsibilities:
1. Managing the Sales Executives.
2. Motivating the team to meet sales targets for vehicles, finance, and insurance products.
3. Engaging with customers face-to-face and via phone/email, handling complaints effectively.
4. Promoting vehicles and services in the dealership and online.
5. Ensuring high customer satisfaction scores through excellent service.
6. Preparing finance proposals aligned with customer interests.
Requirements:
Previous experience as a sales manager in the automotive industry, preferably in a main dealership. Also, the candidate should demonstrate:
1. Strong relationship-building skills with stakeholders.
2. Ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve quality and quantity goals.
3. A calm, professional demeanor.
