OPPORTUNITY SNAPSHOT
This role is for a Chartered Building Surveyor based in Exeter, working within a multi-disciplinary property consultancy team. It involves managing client relationships, acting as a key point of contact, and delivering a range of building surveying services to a high standard. Core responsibilities include contract administration, project monitoring, conducting surveys and writing reports, preparing tenders and specifications, and advising on areas such as historic building conservation, party wall matters, and dilapidations. The role also includes overseeing procurement processes, securing statutory consents, and contributing to team development. Candidates are expected to be MRICS qualified with at least two years’ post-qualification experience, possess strong time and client management skills, and demonstrate a collaborative, proactive approach with an awareness of business and industry developments.
