PA to Managing Partner IMMEDIATE START & INTERVIEWS Salary upto £45k based in exp Role location: Godalming, Surrey This is a fill time office based 37.5 hours per week - Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5pmWe are seeking an experienced PA for a highly regarded award-winning quality brand based in Godalming. You will be a highly motivated self-starter with a positive, team player and with a can-do attitude. It is essential you possess the confidence and sound judgement to take the necessary action. Your responsibilities will include: Managing emails Managing calendar, including making appointments Answering phone calls in a polite and professional manner and dealing with them personally or routing calls as necessary Organising meetings, including scheduling, sending reminders Reading and analysing incoming memos, submissions, and distributing them as needed Maintaining an organised filing system of paper and electronic documents Upholding a strict level of confidentiality Preparing reports, presentations, and briefing notes for the executive Handling personal tasks for the executive as needed You may also be asked to lead a small executive support team Requirements Experience as a Personal Assistant to a senior manager/executive Comprehensive understanding of office management systems and applications Exceptional planning and time management skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Discretion and confidentiality Please be aware this advert will remain open until the vacancy has been filled.
