Join a market lead residential children’s services provider, as a Registered Manager at well-established home.
You’ll lead a team of 7 to 9 staff mebers, managing the day-to-day running of the home, driving positive outcomes for up to four young people, and ensuring compliance with Ofsted and safeguarding standards.
What We’re Looking For:
1. 2+ years’ experience in residential childcare, with 1+ year in a management role
2. Level 5 in Leadership & Management (Children & Young People) or equivalent
3. Strong knowledge of safeguarding and Ofsted regulations
4. A positive, proactive approach with the ability to inspire and lead a team
5. Full driving licence and business insurance required
