Required Background: Asset Management or Property Services
Our client is a values led Housing Association based in Surrey, dedicated to providing safe, secure and high-quality homes for individuals with a range of support needs. With a strong social purpose at its core, the organisation works closely with local authorities, care providers and communities to deliver specialist housing that enables residents to live independently and with dignity.
The role requires strong oversight of landlord health and safety compliance, including gas, electrical, fire safety, asbestos and water hygiene. You will monitor KPIs, manage budgets, control risk and ensure accurate compliance records and reporting. Driving service standards, resolving complex property issues and maintaining effective contractor and supplier relationships will be central to your remit.
You will lead and manage the property team, setting clear expectations, ensuring accountability and embedding a responsive, resident-focused culture across the service.
