The Spectrum Team leader will carry out the duties of a Schools Liaison Officer (SLO) with time allocated for additional line management and direction of a team of SLO’s to support the Project Manager and Senior Administrator. The Team Leader will provide cover when necessary for the Spectrum Project Manager and will support the Project Manager with the development of new opportunities for the Spectrum Team.
Candidates can be based anywhere in Wales but must hold a full driving licence & have access to a vehicle as this role, although home based, will require extensive travel throughout Wales.
This role is subject to an Enhanced (Child Workforce) DBS disclosure check which the company will pay for if required.
