Latimer is the home building arm of Clarion Housing Group, developing homes in thriving mixed-use communities. Latimer are looking for ambitious, passionate and dedicated graduates to embark on a journey within our Development Graduate Programme. Roles are available in London or Manchester.

Why this Isn t Your Average Grad Scheme
You'll be part of the action from the start - working on live projects worth £10-100M, attending planning committees, and shaping key decisions.
Five Rotations, Total Immersion
 * Spend 4-5 months in each team over two years:
 * Land Acquisition - Find sites, run the numbers, negotiate deals
 * Development Management - Navigate planning, coordinate teams, problem-solve
 * Project Management - Own budgets, timelines, and risk on live developments
 * On-Site Delivery - Boots on, hard hat on, make it happen
 * Sales, Marketing and Customer Experience - Understand buyers, launch show homes, hit targets
You will also be involved in:
 * Stakeholder Relations - Work with councils, communities, partners
 * Strategic Planning - Shape the future pipeline with senior leadership
Proper Career Investment
 * Full RICS support
 * 2K annual training budget
 * Monthly sessions with 10 other graduates
 * Part of an established programme (now in its 7th year with 72% of graduates still here after 6 years)

What You\'ll Actually Be Doing
By month 3: Presenting a feasibility study to the development director
By month 6: Managing consultant relationships on schemes ranging from 100 to 1000+ units.
By month 12: Attending planning committee meetings for a major residential project
By month 18: Leading site inspections, quality checks and assisting in managing contractor relationships.
By Month 24: Applying to your to a team for a permanent role
What we are looking for?
 * 2:1 degree minimum in real estate, development, or construction, or a related technical field (e.g. engineering or architecture)
 * Work experience (internships, part-time jobs, placements all count)
 * Ambition to actually make a difference

The Package
London: £31,500 + bonus | Camden office
Manchester: £27,300 + bonus | City centre
