Senior Business Development Manager, Licensed Merchandise

Senior Business Development Manager, Licensed Merchandise, £50,000 - £80,000 Basic (based on experience and contacts), Remote (UK-wide), uncapped OTE + package. This is a Senior Business Development Manager role with a global leader in licensed merchandise, holding product licenses for some of the world's most iconic brands, including major drink brands, car marques, as well as instantly recognisable household names. With their own manufacturing facilities in Asia and the Middle East, they produce high-quality merchandise, including apparel, accessories, and more.

This is a sales opportunity to build a legacy that requires a highly driven, tenacious BDM with a "make it happen" mentality. This is an exceptional opportunity to lead and transform a business that already boasts a proven track record of success and a robust network established over 30 years. Already with contacts in all the major grocers and high street retailers, the role requires an entrepreneurial door-opener to take it to the next level.

As the Senior BDM, you will:

* Strategically expand the business into major UK retailers, including supermarkets, high street chains, and leading online stores.
* Forge strong relationships with key buyers and negotiate high-value deals.
* Work closely with the in-house design and production teams to ensure commercial goals align with product development.
* Drive new business and exceed commercial targets with a hands-on, strategic approach.

What is Required To Apply for the Role of Senior Business Development Manager, Licensed Merchandise

* You will have a proven track record of securing and managing major retail accounts and a strong network within the fashion, lifestyle, or product licensing industries.
* You will be dedicated, ambitious, and hungry for success.
* You will thrive on building relationships and turning potential into profit.
* This is a remote, hands-on role for a self-starter who wants to get "stuck in" and build a market.
* Experience in licensed product sales is highly desirable.
