Catering Supervisor Location: Poole Shift Pattern: 5 days over 7 on a rota basis, shift can vary between 7:30am and 4pm Hourly Rate: £14.00 per hour We are a dynamic and customer-focused catering operation committed to delivering high-quality food, outstanding service, and a great customer experience. We are now seeking a proactive and organised Catering Supervisor to join our team and help lead day-to-day operations. As a Catering Supervisor, you will play a key role in supporting the smooth running of our catering service. You will supervise staff, maintain excellent food standards, ensure compliance with hygiene regulations, and help create a welcoming environment for customers. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced hospitality setting. Your key responsibilities will include: Lead, motivate, and support catering staff during service Assist with menu preparation and food presentation Ensure high standards of food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness Manage stock levels, deliveries, and ordering Handle customer queries and provide excellent service Support training of new team members Oversee till operations Ensure compliance with company policies and health & safety standards Our ideal Catering Supervisor will: Previous experience in catering, hospitality, or food service supervision Strong organisational and leadership skills Excellent communication and customer-service abilities Knowledge of food hygiene and health & safety regulations Ability to work under pressure and problem-solve effectively A positive, team-focused attitude Food Safety Level 2 or 3 (desirable) Personality behind every plate Dine provides tailored food services to 140 clients in the business and industry sector.
