Role Overview
Account Manager – Glasgow region. Responsible for driving sales growth in Glasgow, UK by building a prospect pipeline, winning new maintenance contracts and selling incremental repair projects. Reports to the Operations Manager.
Key Responsibilities
* Attend ~40 client meetings per month (new and existing).
* Upsell current service contracts to improve margin.
* Reduce cancellations to below 7%.
* Conduct regular client review meetings (Teams and face‑to‑face).
* Work with credit contract teams to recover disputed debt – target 60 recoveries per annum with avg billing of +£1,900 per lift and annual target of £114K.
* Sell OTIS ONE & Subscriptions – target 120 units per year and SBU revenue of ~£1M per annum.
Qualifications & Requirements
* Business or technical degree, or completed technician/technical business administrator training.
* Minimum 3 years of related work experience.
* Experience selling technical service agreements that require consultation.
* Strong customer and service orientation with excellent interpersonal skills.
* High commitment, reliability, and target‑focused mindset.
* Ability to work at pace in a demanding, complex corporate environment.
