Data Centre Lead needed for a large data centre specialist. Working alongside the network / ICT Data Centre Engineer, you will provide the electrical and data operations expertise to the data centre.
You will be responsible for
* Equipment installation and troubleshooting
* Performing routine inspections and maintenance of critical infrastructure including power, cooling and network systems
* Perform scheduled and reactive maintenance on electrical and data systems
* Respond promptly to technical issues, diagnosing faults, and implementing repairs.
* Maintain up-to-date records and logs of maintenance activities, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
* Oversee and execute hands on preventative maintenance on site infrastructure, either directly or through vendor management, including managing the permit to work system.
About you
* Strong data centre supervisor / lead experience
* Background in data centre infrastructure including power, cooling and networking
* Any electrical experience would be beneficial
