Senior Product/UX Designer (Mobile App)
Location:Reading (Hybrid, 2 days per week)
Duration: Initial 6 months
Contract Type: Inside IR35 Day Rate
We’re looking for a Senior Product/UX Designer to shape the future of our native iOS & Android app experiences. If you love solving complex problems, designing at scale, and delivering high‑impact mobile journeys, this one’s for you.
What you’ll do:
* Lead end‑to‑end UX/UI for native apps
* Own complex flows, interactions, and app journeys
* Work with advanced Figma systems & design libraries
* Use data, experimentation, and insights to drive decisions
* Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Data, Creative & Brand
* Mentor designers and champion accessibility & inclusive design
What you’ll bring:
* 5+ years in Product Design (B2C mobile preferred)
* Strong e-commerce background, preferably from fashion/retail environment.
* Proven experience shipping iOS & Android apps at scale
* Expert Figma skills (Auto Layout, components, variants)
* Strong mobile UX, interaction design & accessibility knowledge
* Data‑led mindset and excellent stakeholder communication
* A portfolio showing high‑quality, impactful mobile work
