This is an excellent opportunity for a confident manager with strong LAC experience who is looking to work for an established provider with a strong Ofsted track record and a genuine commitment to quality and staff development. About the Organisation My client is a well-established private provider with an excellent reputation in the sector. They operate: Ofsted-registered childrens home (rated Good ) 18 supported accommodation services for young people aged 1618 Approximately 60 young people in total Their 1618 supported accommodation service has achieved Outcome 1, reflecting their focus on positive outcomes and robust practice. The Role As Social Work Team Manager, you will: Line manage 67 Residential Social Workers, each holding their own caseload Provide regular, high-quality supervision and professional guidance Oversee care planning, safeguarding, and outcomes for looked after children Work closely with residential services, local authorities, and partner agencies Support service development and quality assurance Report directly into the Head of Service This is a hands-on role with regular travel to services to complete supervision and support staff.
