A highly respected construction consultancy is seeking an Associate Director (Quantity Surveying) to join its new Edinburgh team. Our Glasgow based client is a well establish multi-disciplinary firm expanding their Scottish presence opening a new office in Edinburgh. This is a senior leadership role within a dynamic, growing company where you’ll combine strategic oversight with hands-on project delivery. Our client has a fantastic range of projects; commercial/office, BTR, PBSA, Hotels, Education and Renewables UK wide. The Opportunity You’ll take ownership of significant client relationships, lead the delivery of projects, and play an integral role in business development. This position offers a genuine route to Director level for an ambitious and commercially astute QS professional who wants to influence how a consultancy evolves and grows.
