About the Role
As a Graduate Education Recruitment Consultant, you'll work with schools to place teachers and support staff into long-term and daily roles. Through our Impact Academy, you'll receive industry-leading recruitment training from day one.
What You'll Learn
How to source, screen, and interview education professionals
Writing candidate profiles and marketing them to schools
Managing candidate and client relationships
Progressing into full 360 recruitment, including business development and negotiationWhat We Offer
