Electrical Site Manager / Electrical Supervisor
Location: Leeds / Yorkshire (Site Based)
Salary: £45,000 – £50,000 + package
The Role
We are seeking an experienced Electrical Site Manager / Electrical Supervisor to oversee electrical building services installations across commercial and industrial projects within Sheffield, Nottingham and surrounding areas.
Key Responsibilities
* Full management of day-to-day electrical site operations from installation through to completion and handover.
* Coordinate electrical subcontractors and site labour to ensure works are delivered safely and efficiently.
* Monitor project progress and maintain programme targets.
* Ensure compliance with health & safety procedures and site documentation.
* Carry out site inspections and maintain quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.
* Liaise with project managers, clients and subcontractors to ensure smooth project delivery.
* Support commissioning activities and final handover process.
* Attend site meetings and provide progress updates where required.

The Ideal Candidate
* Proven experience within electrical building services projects.
* Previous experience as an Electrical Site Manager or Electrical Supervisor.
* Strong understanding of commercial installation projects.
* SSSTS or SMSTS qualification required.
* Good communication and organisational skills.
* Must have experience beyond small retail or refit-only environments.
* Based within commutable distance of Sheffield or surrounding areas.
