Are you a dedicated Mental Health Teaching Assistant looking to make a tangible difference in a young person's life? We are seeking an enthusiastic professional in Chalfont St Giles to support a Year 11 pupil with complex needs. She is in care and has experienced significant trauma, alongside speech and language delay, ADHD, SEMH, and behavioural challenges.
In this role, you will provide one-to-one support, help manage behaviour, and promote the pupil's emotional and academic development. You will be part of a supportive team, empowered to adapt your approach to meet the pupil's individual needs.
