Teaching Personnel is seeking a caring, motivated and enthusiastic Student Support Assistant to join our dedicated team. In this role, you will work closely with students who need additional support with their learning, behaviour, or wellbeing, ensuring that every young person can thrive. Your day-to-day work will be varied and rewarding. You might provide one-to-one support, assist small groups in the classroom, help students develop their social and emotional skills, or provide guidance during unstructured times of the day. Most importantly, you will build strong, positive relationships with students and play a vital part in helping them achieve their potential. Job Requirements We are looking to recruit a positive and professional role model for students—someone who is enthusiastic, self-motivated, and eager to contribute to the Academy’s vision and values. The ideal candidate will have a ‘can-do’ attitude and be prepared to work creatively with students to support their educational and personal development. They will build strong, trusting relationships with students and their parents/carers.
