Lead and manage the day to day operations Supervise, mentor & support the team, including ensuring training and professional development is continuous and up to date Having oversight and management of the homes budget & expenditure Develop and implement bespoke & child centered care plans for the young people Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, Keys Standards and Policy’s & Procedures Promote a positive, trauma-informed culture in the workplace.
