Job Title: Office Administrator
Salary: Up to £40,000
We are working with a growing construction business to recruit an organised and proactive Office Administrator to support day-to-day operations from their head office.
This is a varied role working closely with site teams, subcontractors, and management, ensuring smooth processes, strong compliance, and efficient project support.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage onboarding and compliance of subcontractors
* Maintain internal systems (training records, clock-in systems, project tracking)
* Provide administrative support to site teams
* Book training, medicals, and D&A testing
* Review site paperwork and assist with audits and PQQ submissions
* Set up new projects and onboard new starters
* Act as a key administrative point of contact across the business
* Manage company equipment, reports, and office supplies
* Handle incoming calls and emails
* Maintain vehicle records, including servicing, repairs, and new vehicle setup
What We’re Looking For
* Previous administration experience (construction or similar environment preferred)
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
* Confident communication skills
* Comfortable using IT systems and internal databases
