CAD Designer Team Leader Pertemps are currently recruiting for an experienced CAD Designer Team Leader to join a leading Electronic business based in Southampton. Responsibilities as a CAD Team Leader: Lead a team of CAD Designers Training and building the team Manage and delegate projects to ensure items are designed to industry and company standards Provide solutions that meet customer needs Translate organisational goals into actionable plans for the team Monitor projects and suggest improvements Be involved in recruitment and training of new team members Asses team performance and implement team goals and objectives Undertake company auditing as part of the quality management process Requirements: Proven CAD experience People management certification is desirable Proven experience leading a team within a manufacturing environment Certificate in either Electrical Engineering, Electrical Design or CAD Technology Strong problem solving skills and delegating expertise The CAD Designer Team Leader role: Competitive Salary Monday – Friday 9am – 5.30pm 20 days annual leave plus bank holidays (rising up to 25 days with length of service) Employee Assistance Programme Birthday off If you are interested in this CAD Designer Team Leader position, please apply below or contact Jemma at Pertemps
