As the Home Care Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining a high-quality standard of care whilst growing the business. As Home Care/Domiciliary Manager, your responsibilities will include:
* CQC Compliance
* Planning, directing, and delivering high-quality, person-centred care
* Promoting and safeguarding the welfare of those you support
* Ensuring adherence to all company policies and procedures
* Organizing staff rotas, reviews, team meetings, training, and mentoring
* Marketing, promotion, and sales to grow the business
* Generating and developing new business opportunities
* Overall management of the business
We are a family-run business providing quality residential care homes and support services to older people and those living with dementia. Our staff receive mandatory training including safeguarding, first aid, infection control, end-of-life care, health and safety, safe handling of medicines, and dementia care.

We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Home Care/Domiciliary Manager to join our established business. We offer a friendly environment, a competitive salary, and performance bonuses.
* At least 3 years of managerial experience in a caring environment, preferably domiciliary care
* Proven good CQC record
* NVQ Level 5 or working towards it
* Strong knowledge of CQC standards
* Leadership and staff development skills
* Experience in recruitment, selection, and retention of staff
* Professional, confident, and warm personality
* Reliable and punctual
* Willing to provide out-of-hours 'on call' service
* Valid driving license, caring and compassionate attitude
* Commitment to respecting clients’ rights, privacy, dignity, and independence
* Understanding of homecare needs and best practices
* Willingness to work towards relevant management qualification if not already qualified
* Knowledge of legal and regulatory responsibilities of a Registered Manager
* Understanding of health and safety and risk management in homecare
* Excellent communication skills and ability to build positive relationships
* Experience in care services, risk assessment, and person-centered support
* Experience in staff management, training, and supervision
* Enhanced DBS disclosure
Desired criteria include experience managing social care services as a registered manager and willingness to work flexibly.
