The organization aims to help educational institutions generate additional income by professionally managing the out-of-hours use of their facilities. Their mission is to enrich the quality of education in communities by generating flexible and sustainable income for partner schools.
They are seeking a dynamic and driven Commercial Director to lead an ambitious growth strategy.
Tasks include:
* Driving company-wide revenue strategy.
* Defining commercial plans to achieve targets.
* Organizing and managing the commercial team.
* Taking full P&L ownership.
* Providing outstanding line management.
* Driving a commercial culture.
* Advising the leadership team on the competitive environment.
* Exemplifying company values.
* Responsibility for the Marketing, Account Management, Customer Service, and Client Acquisition teams.
* Potential restructuring of the team as seen fit.
Required skills include:
* Proven personal sales track record.
* 5+ years experience in a similar position
* Exceptional relationship management and negotiation skills.
* Impressive record leading commercial teams.
* Experience developing and delivering innovative commercial strategies.
* Deep understanding of the education and customer markets served.
* Strong sales, strategic planning, and motivational management skills.
* Exceptional organizational and delivery skills.
* Adaptability.
* Willingness to travel extensively throughout England.
