You're not just a designer but a storyteller who thinks in three dimensions. You shape form, light, and motion into experiences that move people. With curiosity and craft, you bring ideas to life across scales from intimate retail moments to large-scale brand environments.
You're fluent in today's 3D tools but think beyond the software; blending design craft, cultural insight, and AI to push possibilities further.
About you:
* Confident in taking a brief and transforming it into spatial concepts that bring brands to life across retail, interiors, exhibitions, and experiences.
* Logical about flow, purpose, and audience but also know how to inject theatre, atmosphere, and energy.
* Experienced in interior architecture and retail principles, with a passion for how these translate into B2B brand experiences.
* Excited by the blend of physical and digital, designing human-centred experiences that connect.
* Curious about culture and design trends, drawing inspiration from B2C retail and B2B experiential worlds.
* B2B experiential worlds.
* Clear communicator who can share ideas through sketches, visuals, words, and client conversations.
* Proactive, organised, and thrive under tight deadlines.
* Sustainability-minded, with awareness of the impact of design choices.
Experience:
* 2+ years in 3D spatial design, spanning projects such as retail environments, interior architecture, exhibition design, and live brand experiences.
* Experience working conceptually at pitch stage as well as developing ideas into tangible, buildable spaces.
* Competitive salary based on experience, plus a generous benefits package.
Essential skills:
* Fluent in 3D modelling and rendering tools (3ds Max, Corona, Unreal Twinmotion).
* Confident in CAD for space design (Vectorworks).
* Skilled in Adobe Creative Cloud.
* Curious and comfortable experimenting with AI tools as part of your design process.
* Strong grasp of materials, finishes, lighting, and atmosphere.
* Ability to sketch quickly and communicate ideas at speed.
* Meticulous eye for detail and highly organised.
* Positive, collaborative, and a strong team player.
