Electronics and Control Engineer Location: Derby, UK Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 per year We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Electronics and Control Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for the design, development, and technical support of Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) equipment, with a focus on electronic systems and production processors. Key Responsibilities: * Develop and test electronic systems, including design and schematic drawings, for portable NDT equipment. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create hardware solutions for analogue, digital (FPGA), and computer-based ultrasonic testing systems. * Provide high-level technical support, troubleshooting, and fault diagnosis for the product range. * Support installation and commissioning of equipment on customer sites. * Ensure compliance with EMC/EMR testing and approval processes. * Maintain accurate technical documentation for compliance with CE marking and other relevant standards. * Manage hardware change control systems and collaborate with mechanical and software teams to ensure compatibility. * Drive innovation in NDT products through continuous improvement and prototyping.
