Internal Sales Executive
Location: Southampton
Contract: Full-time, Permanent
Hours: Monday – Friday, 37.5 hours per week
Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience + performance bonus
Probation: 6 months
The Role
We are looking for an ambitious and personable Internal Sales Executive to join our growing team. This is a proactive, office-based role focused on developing relationships with existing dealer partners and re-engaging underperforming accounts. The role involves outbound calling, email follow-up, and building strong, long-term customer relationships. Full training will be provided, so direct sales experience is not essential — character, energy, and drive are what matter most.
Key Responsibilities

Make regular outbound calls and host Teams meetings with dealer partners to increase orders and product adoption.

Identify sales opportunities and convert them into revenue.

Follow up on leads generated by marketing campaigns and events.
*
Provide product information and support to help customers grow sales.
*
Maintain accurate account records and activity logs in CRM systems.
*
Report weekly on account progress and performance against targets.
