Job Title: Technical Sales Engineer, Air to Water

SUMMARY:
The Technical Sales Engineer will support distributors and partners in territories including Europe and CIS, focusing on Air to Water products. The role involves cooperation with MHI design/aftersales sections, sales teams, and factories under supervision of the section manager. Responsibilities include promoting new products, providing technical support, conducting product seminars, and supporting joint development activities with European manufacturers. The role requires continuous technical knowledge enhancement of MHI products and active promotion.
DETAILS / ACCOUNTABILITIES:
1. Provide technical support to distributors, end users, and consultants.
2. Respond promptly to technical inquiries via email or phone.
3. Investigate unit issues through data analysis and utilize service tools.
4. Visit sites for commissioning and troubleshooting.
5. Support spare parts activities and improve delivery processes.
6. Prepare technical sales proposals and reports.
7. Organize maintenance schemes and conduct water sampling and analysis.
8. Collaborate with European manufacturers to enhance sales and support activities.
9. Register products for subsidy schemes and certification programs, maintain compliance, and support audits.
10. Prepare multilingual technical support documents and improve technical documentation.
11. Promote MHI products through presentations, seminars, and marketing materials.
12. Conduct market surveys, benchmark competitors, and attend industry events.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND TRAINING:
* Degree in Engineering (preferred).
* Minimum 3 years of technical experience within Air to Water systems.
* Understanding of water systems for sanitary and heating applications.
* Knowledge of heat pumps, water systems, regulations, and EU directives related to boilers and heat pumps.
* Knowledge of VRF systems or chillers is beneficial.
* Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
* Fluent in English (oral and written); knowledge of additional European languages is advantageous.
* Proficient in Windows, Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
* Ability to create presentations and analyze operational data.
* Willingness to travel across Europe on short notice; valid visa-free travel status required.
Location: Stockley Park, Uxbridge.
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 am - 5 pm (35 hours/week, including 1-hour lunch).
