Were currently recruiting for a Sample Coordinator II to join our Process Development Operations team. In this role, you will provide essential laboratory activities and services supporting high-quality scientific work, playing a key part in advancing our mission and making a real difference. Your responsibilities in this role would be: Receiving, labelling, tracking and storing PD samples, maintaining freezer inventories and check-in/check-out systems. Packaging and shipping samples to internal sites, subcontractors and clients, and managing couriers and shipment documentation. Coordinating analytical sample requests and ensuring timely delivery to the appropriate teams. Managing in-process controls, standards, critical reagents and control materials, and communicating low stock as required. Liaising with subcontractors for external testing and resolving shipment discrepancies promptly. Developing and maintaining efficient systems for sample storage, traceability, labelling (including barcoding) and controlled disposal. Training colleagues in Sample Management procedures and writing/reviewing SOPs, RAs and OJTs.
