Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Food & Beverage Assistant. You will be central to our guest experience, delivering exceptional service and ensuring a memorable dining experience for all guests.

Key Responsibilities
1. Assist in the preparation and serving of food and beverages efficiently and courteously.
2. Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, ensuring health and safety standards are met.
3. Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries and resolving complaints professionally.
4. Support the F&B team in operational duties such as setting up and clearing tables, restocking supplies, and inventory management.
5. Assist in coordinating and executing events and special functions.
6. Ensure all areas are well-stocked and presented impeccably at all times.
Desired Skills and Experience
1. Previous experience in a similar hospitality role is desirable but not essential.
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
4. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high standards.
5. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
