Housing Solicitor – Service Care Solutions
Service Care Solutions are supporting an East‑London based housing association that is seeking an experienced Housing Solicitor to join a busy in‑house housing legal team supporting a major social housing provider. The successful candidate will play a key role during a period of growth and housing stock expansion.
Role Details
Location: East London (1 day per week in the office plus court attendance).
Salary: £70,000 to £80,000.
Key Responsibilities
* Run possession claims, including rent arrears and anti‑social behaviour cases.
* Handle disrepair, tenancy breaches, unlawful occupation and fraud matters.
* Draft and review tenancy agreements, notices and legal documentation.
* Provide clear legal advice and support across leasehold and shared ownership issues.
Qualifications
* Qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 2 years' PQE in housing law.
* Strong advocacy skill and confident courtroom presence.
* Ability to manage a full, varied caseload independently.
* Client‑focused, practical and solutions‑driven approach.
