Sales Manager
to join our growing team in Enfield. If you have sales experience in any sector – whether it's cars, furniture, phones, or design – we'll provide all the training you need to succeed in this creative and rewarding role. What You'll Be Doing:
Leading and supporting a team of designers to achieve and exceed sales targets. Guiding customers through the process of creating their dream kitchen or bedroom, from initial consultation to completion. Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless design journey. Offering tailored advice on layouts, finishes, and functionality to meet customers' needs. Staying up to date with the latest trends and innovations in kitchen and bedroom design. What We're Looking For:
Previous sales experience in any field – training on design and product knowledge will be provided. A passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences. Strong leadership and mentoring skills to develop a high-performing team. A creative flair and attention to detail to help bring customers' visions to life.
