Shift Details
Full-time or part-time contracts available, with shifts between 8:00am and 10:00pm, Monday to Sunday.
Rotational shifts including days, evenings, weekends and sleep-ins
Flexibility is essential to meet the needs of the people we support
What You'll Be Doing

You'll be supporting adults with learning disabilities and autism at Chantler Close, a modern three‑bedroom detached house located in a peaceful residential area of Heald Green, Stockport.
This is a service where people live independently with support tailored to their needs, and you'll be part of a team helping them build skills and confidence every day.
Daily Support May Include
Personal care routines
Meal preparation and household tasks
Support with appointments
Social and leisure activities
Encouraging independence, personal growth and community involvement
