Working hours:
As a Lettings Manager you will work Monday – Friday (some Saturdays based on business requirements)
Salary package on offer:
1. Basic salary up to £30,000
2. OTE upwards of £70,000
3. Fantastic Commission Structure
4. Car allowance starting at £350 per month.

Lettings Manager requirements:
8. Previous experience as either a Lettings Manager or Assistant Lettings Manager.
9. Proven track record of closing business.
10. A driven and ambitious attitude
11. Excellent knowledge of the local area and the market
12. Clean driving licence & own vehicle
Key duties of the Lettings Manager role will include:
13. Resolve any customer issues that may arise
14. Complete valuations
15. Build strong relationships with a range of people including landlords and tenants.
16. Manage the team and offer support and guidance.
17. Keep up to date with the current market and any changes in the local area.
