Job Title: Behaviour Support

Pay rate: £460 - £650 per week (Depending on experience)

Support students in developing positive behaviour and engagement with learning through consistent guidance and structured support!
GSL Education are searching for a proactive and resilient Behaviour Support professional to join schools in Rotherham. The Behaviour Support role involves working closely with students who require additional support to manage behaviour and remain focused in a school environment.
Prime Responsibilities:
* Provide 1:1 and small group support for students with behavioural needs.
* Implement behaviour management strategies and de-escalation techniques.
* Promote positive behaviour and emotional regulation.
* Work collaboratively with teaching and pastoral staff.
* Monitor progress and report concerns where necessary.
* Maintain safeguarding standards at all times.
Requirements of Behaviour Support:
* Experience working with children or young people with behavioural or SEMH needs.
* Strong behaviour management and communication skills.
* Calm, patient, and resilient approach.
* Ability to manage challenging situations effectively.
* Commitment to safeguarding and inclusive education.
* An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply).
