Key Responsibilities:
– Precision Manufacturing: Produce components to customer specifications, ensuring the highest quality standards.
– Technical Proficiency: Interpret and understand engineering drawings, with a strong grasp of geometric dimensions and tolerances.
– CNC Programming: Create, load, examine, and modify CNC programmes, utilising your expertise to optimise production processes.
– Inspection Operations: Perform in-process inspections, using a wide variety of measuring equipment to ensure precision and accuracy.
– Team Collaboration: Work effectively within a team or independently, demonstrating a positive attitude and strong organisational skills.
Preferred Experience:
– Familiarity with MAPPS/CAPS is advantageous but not essential.
– Proven experience in programming, setting, and operating CNC lathes with driven tooling.
