School Sport and Games Organiser
Bitterne Park School is seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and highly organised School Sport and Games Organiser to lead the coordination and development of school sport across the Solent area.
Whilst employed by Bitterne Park School, the successful candidate will work with a wide range of primary, secondary and special schools, alongside community sports organisations, National Governing Bodies and local partners to increase participation, develop leadership opportunities and deliver a comprehensive programme of sporting festivals and competitions.
This is an exciting opportunity for an individual passionate about improving outcomes for young people through sport and physical activity. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in delivering the School Games programme across the Solent area, ensuring that all young people have access to meaningful, inclusive and high-quality sporting opportunities.
The role requires a flexible approach to working hours, including occasional evening and weekend working to support events, competitions, training programmes and partnership activities.

Requirements
The successful candidate will be based at Bitterne Park School but will be expected to travel regularly throughout the Solent area to support schools, events and partner organisations.
A full driving licence and access to a vehicle would therefore be advantageous.
The role will involve occasional evening and weekend working, for which flexibility will be required.
