Permanent Social Workers – Safeguarding and Care Planning
Salary: £36,648 - £44,428 / year

Highlights of this role:
* Collaborate with a supportive team to assess and address the complex needs of service users, carers, and families.
* Develop and implement tailored care and support plans, ensuring the best possible outcomes.
* Be at the forefront of safeguarding efforts, proactively identifying and addressing potential risks.
Preferred Requirements:
* Prepare for social work contact and involvement, including reviewing case notes, liaising with others, and evaluating information to support newly qualified social workers.
* Undertake assessments of support needs for service users, carers, and families, and assist in screening referrals.
* Produce, deliver, evaluate, and update care and support plans to address practical and emotional social care, health, and well-being difficulties.
* Work collaboratively with service users, carers, and families to help them make informed choices and decisions.
* Respond to crisis situations, making assessments about urgency and using appropriate legal intervention.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Relevant social work qualification and registration with the appropriate regulatory body.
* Proven experience in safeguarding and care planning within a social work or similar setting.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with service users, carers, and families.
