đĄ About the Role
As a Neighbourhood Services Officer, youâll manage a designated patch of tenancies and play a vital role in supporting residents, tackling issues, and helping our communities flourish.
You will:
â Deliver highâquality estate and tenancy management services
â Build strong relationships with tenants, partners and local agencies
â Carry out tenancy visits, inspections, and support sustainability
â Respond proactively to tenancy breaches, ASB, safeguarding and housing issues
â Support vulnerable customers with empathy and professionalism
â Help shape neighbourhood improvements and community initiatives
â Be an ambassador for Ocean Housing and our values every day

We're seeking someone who is:

â ITâliterate â confident in using MS Office and case management systems
Essential Experience Includes:
* Dealing with customers in challenging or sensitive situations
* Delivering faceâtoâface customer service
* Administration and accurate recordâkeeping
A Level (or Level 3 equivalent) is required.
Housingârelated qualifications or CIH membership are desirable, but not essential.

* Ability to travel independently across Cornwall
