Job Summary
Kognitiv is a professional training and development company delivering high-impact programs, mentoring, and coaching within and outside the UK. A key part of our work involves connecting clients with expert faculties, professionals who deliver specialized training on topics ranging from leadership to ESG.
We are looking for a Faculty Acquisition Intern to support our team in expanding and managing our faculty network. This role is a great opportunity for someone eager to gain hands-on experience in recruitment, research, and relationship-building within the learning and development space.
Key Responsibilities
* Research and identify potential faculties across a wide range of industries and expertise areas
* Support outreach efforts to engage and onboard new faculties into the Kognitiv network
* Assist with contracts, profile updates, and maintaining the faculty database
* Work with the team to understand client requests and help match the right faculties to projects
* Learn how to manage professional relationships and partnerships on a global scale
