* Recruit, lead, and develop a team of Mortgage Consultants, helping them build successful careers within our group.
* Drive performance and exceed sales targets, ensuring exceptional customer service.

* Deliver short-term sales goals and long-term growth strategies, reporting to senior leadership.
What we’re looking for
* Full mortgage qualification (CeMAP or equivalent).
* Proven experience in Financial Services and a strong track record in mortgage sales.
* A passion for leadership, coaching, and motivating teams.
* Commercial awareness and the ability to lead by example.
